Hi, I just wanted you to see Bailey, I bought her 8 years ago from tiny teddies, she is the smartest most loveable dog, just last week I taught her to shake a paw ( a little late I know, but never to late to teach this adorable fur child, she is so smart and a quick learner) We are never separated, and go everywhere together. ❌⭕️ Bonnie & Bailey

Here is Bailey at 4 months old, she is such an awesome little dog, she has fit so well into our life style.... She loves to swim and walk along the waters edge...we have been on our boat for 5 weeks and she is fully trained to go on a mat, she rings a bell to be let out to go potty....she fetches and does a high 5 with her paw....she learns so fast, just with lots of praise that she is a good girl and lots of loves and pets....every where we go she is just loved by all.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that Max is doing great! We love having him as part of our family. He’s got a best friend, Zac, who is just a couple months older and they have lots of play time. He has been to the beach a couple times and loves running in the mucky sand! He loves to meet people and dogs when we go outside. Everyone says he’s so calm for a puppy. And the cutest dog ever. He loves to wrestle and play at the park with a few dog friends in the neighbourhood. I’m including a video of him playing with my in-laws 10-month-old whippet cross. Hope all the puppies are doing well. Take care, Jackie
Hi Corinne and Mike. Max is such a delight. He used his litter box as soon as he got home and drank his kefir and even had a few kibbles. Right at home. He’s busy investigating our home and snuggling and playing with the girls. He’s blurry in all our photos because he’s moving so fast. 😂 Thanks for taking such good care of him for us!Jackie
Hello Corinne and Mike, I hope you are staying warm and enjoying these Arctic winds. I wanted to give you a Pasta update. If you do not mind, I want to start at the beginning. Eight days after we brought Pasta home, whenever she had to go to the bathroom, she learned to ring the bell at the door to go outside. What joy she has brought to all of my and Sonia’s family. My mom and dad have been dog sitting when we go to work, and Pasta is always so excited to see them. I want to make something clear here….my dad is the type of person that does not show affection and rarely laughs and smiles. Pasta has completely changed him!!! I have never seen my dad act the way he does when he sees her. The same goes for Pasta. Those two have such a special connection!
Pasta loves to cuddle and play. Sonia and I call her the supervisor as she follows us all around the house to make sure our tasks are being done correctly.
We know our neighbors but have met so many people that we have never spoken to before that live in North Burnaby because of her. They all stop for Pasta. Cars driving by stop and exit their car to see her. People have ended their calls, telling the person on the other line they have to call them back because they have just seen the cutest dog ever. Pasta is well known by everyone, including the Mail Carrier who has a special place in her heart for Pasta!!! We go for walks and people whom we have never seen before stop and say, “That must be Pasta”, or “Hello Pasta”. Saying that Pasta is popular is an understatement. Yesterday we took Pasta to the vet to get spay on Tuesday. We were so worried when bringing her in, and so upset to see how she was when we took her home. My father came to visit her and only then did she get up to see him. My wife took the day off and on Wednesday she was back to her old self. I mentioned that she has brought so much love and joy to everyone in my family, and that too is such an understatement. Sonia and I have our parents, nephews, nieces, siblings, cousins, friends, and neighbors calling to see how she is doing and asking for updates and funny stories every day. So sorry for the essay! I hope you are both safe and doing well, and I wanted to thank you so much for making my family happy, and Sonia and I the happiest and luckiest people.
Christmas magic - Ollie at home loving his amazing new family. Another perfect match!
Hi Corrine
So, I am soooo in love. Ollie has adapted so well. The first 2 days were hard for the little fella, but the morning of Day 3, Christmas it was like he came to life. I have taken him everywhere with me and makes all my outings that much funner. The puppy was for my kids, but really, Ollie is my little bear. I just have a question, I am amazed at his skills so far and wondered if there were training words you use so we don't loss the work you have done. First of all, going for walks, he heels! Both Spence and I are shocked at that. But wondered what the commands are? Heel? Go? Stop? And for pee pee, I find that Ollie holds it. I take him on many walks a day, we run around and nothing. When he finally goes, its a super long pee. Is there a command? Maybe still adapting faze. He does not use the litter or the pee pads at all, which is fine bc we go for so many walks. e doesn't eat much still, not much kefir or water, but he is little and I am keeping a watchful eye. That is all. He is such a great pup, so full of love. My kids are wild about him, but I keep them at a distance still bc their energy is so high, but he seems very drawn to them.
I hope you had a wonderful holiday!
Warm Regards,
Chantal & Ollie

Great to hear, yes we met her on the seawall the other day….and she isn’t the first that asked for your contact info. Benji is great ambassador for you! P&J

Everything is going really well with Sir Benji. Everybody absolutely loves him! We are amazed at how disciplined he is about using the litter box, right from when he first arrived. We don't know how you do this training but kudos to you folks.
Just a note to say how much we have enjoyed and appreciated dealing with you folks all the way through the process of acquiring Benji. We found you after a google search and were attracted by the professionalism of your website and approach.
We have not been disappointed. You have demonstrated professionalism, caring, outstanding communication and attention to detail every step of the way even including his bag of extras that came with him. Congratulations on building such an exemplary business.
We are excited to have Benji with us and look forward to many years of great companionship and good times.

Hi Corinne and Mike! Phoebe means bright and she is bright in so many ways. She’s such a bright ray of silliness in our home and she’s so smart (but maybe I’m biased ☺️). Phoebe still gets her organic kefir in the morning She also loves organic bananas and apples Ana blueberries. They've been some of her favourite treats we use for training her. She didn’t take long to settle in. We signed up with the top dog training company here in Calgary, called Dogma. I have a membership that gave me access to so many wonderful videos that have been priceless for helping me to set the best foundation for Phoebe. They are all about positive reinforcement. Phoebe has learned so much in such a short while! We started of by introducing her to things like blow rubes and vacuum cleaners in small doses while we gave her bits of banana and apples. Every day I’m so proud of her. She’s quite content in her gated areas in her own. We had to do a little work with her on that. It took a few days of me sitting near and ignoring her barking and rewarding her when she calmed down. Then one day she just got it and she was happy on her own. She knows her name and looks you in the eyes when you call it. She knows sit by the hand signal and the verbal cue. She knows down by the hand signal so we are now starting the verbal cue.
I like to have her set her up in the salon with me. She’s getting used to people coming is going without making a big deal of it. We’ve been working on her recall. The other day we were in our friends yard having a play date with a couple Bichon shih tzu that are three years old. And our little Phoebe had about a 90% for stopping to come to me when I called her. I was so thrilled. Phoebe is in kinderpups twice a week to socialize with different puppies of different sizes. It’s run by professional trainers that make sure she gets the proper amount of play time and nap times. And they work in her skills with us. So she is learning to listen in distracting environments. Eric and I can’t wait till she can sleep in bed with us. This morning I took her out at 6:00am for a pee then brought her to bed knowing that her bladder was empty, and she snoozed and cuddled with us for a couple hours. It was the best! Phoebe loves a good cuddle. She likes to sit in your lap and play with her toys. She’s such a silly little girl. Always making us laugh. We love our Phoebe! Thankyou for all the hard work you both out into her to set her off to the right start! I thought you would be happy to hear that we are doing everything to continue with her so that she will be the happiest most well adjusted family member that we can take everywhere with us! Lots of love Arwen and Eric and Phoebe!
First night home and She was really good!! I was super worried on the flight home becuz west jet only allow soft kennels undwe the seats with us. The airport was sold out of soft kennels So she had to fly underneath the plane from Vancouver to Calgary. The flight attendant checked on her before take off and said she was asleep and She was cool as a cucumber when we picked her up in Calgary. She loves to snuggle and gives kisses on the nose. She’s been eating and drinking really well. She loves to play. She cried a little when she woke up at night. But she would eat and settle down pretty quickly. She’s very good at settling herself down. I let her cry it out becuz it was more of light complaining than real cries. Then after she quieted down I would check on her and there She would be super chill. She’s a really good girl!!! And she has the most precious face! She loves ear scratches and snuggles! And she’s really good at using her litter box for her business!!! She goes straight to it. What a little sweetheart. I love her snuggles. She is currently down for her nap in her little safe space. She went straight to sleep with no cries. Thankyou both so much for recommending this little girl to us. I think she is a perfect fit. Xoxo Arwen
Hi Corinne I hope you had a safe trip home. I wanted to let you know that we couldn’t be more excited to have Bennie as part of our family. He had a good ride home and slept almost through the entire night. The stuffed animal with the mom/littlest sent on it was a high help. It made him feel secure. He woke up this morning ready to go. He ate his Kefir went outside to the bathroom and has come in for a nap. He a spunky little man and really has enjoyed exploring a small space so far in our house.
Thank you again for choosing us as his family. I’ve attached a couple of pictures
Warm regards Jackie
She is settling in. Had her shots on Thursday. We are loving her.
Hello Corinne and Mike! Hope all has remained well since we last spoke. I wanted to give you a 'pupdate' on Grogu. We had him neutered last week and he took the procedure like a champ. He was a bit disoriented the day of the surgery but that's to be expected. Our vet said he did wonderful and would be back to normal within a few days, which he definitely has been. My mom and brother have been taking amazing care of him since I've been gone (I'm currently in the UK completing my law degree) and they're so glad we got him when we did. Other than that, Grogu has been doing extremely well since we brought him home. We introduced him to a few of my friends' dogs once he was fully vaccinated and he's been loving them! We've also fully potty trained him and taught him to ring a bell every time he has to go outside. I've included a few photos we've taken of him over the past little bit so you guys can see him in all his glory! Warmest regards, Amara & Family
Hi Corrine and Mike!
I hope you both have been doing well and staying safe since we last spoke. I wanted to give you a brief ‘pupdate’ on Grogu! Grogu’s is an absolute BLESSING in our lives. He’s brought us so much joy and entertainment since we brought him home and he continues to amaze us everyday! He’s beginning to grow into his personality, a personality that far exceeds his small body, and we couldn’t be happier! He loves playing, snuggling and going outside, and his potty training is on point!
He adapted to us rather quickly, within 2 days, and he was sleeping through the night within the first week! He had his second set of shots which he handled like a CHAMP and had his first grooming session. People can’t stop admiring him and complimenting him wherever we go! They absolutely LOVE his chewbacca colouring and cute features!
We’ll continue to give you updates as we go along! Thank you so much for our precious pup, don’t know what we would do without him anymore!
Warmest regards,
Amara
Hi Corinne,
Grogu and I have safely made it back to Ontario. He seems to be adjusting well and LOVES the outdoors! Thank you so much for the personalized touch with his goodie bag, his new favourite toy seems to be the Chewbacca toy.
He’s eating, sleeping, and using the washroom as he should and lovesssssss his crate! He’s even snuggling the ‘real’ Grogu as we speak!
I’ll be sure to update you as he grows with us. Thank you for such a loving, curious, adventurous and charming little pup! He’s exactly what we needed in a pup and we couldn’t be happier with his temperament and personality. Enjoy a pic of him snuggling Grogu.
Warmest regards,
Amara
Hi Corinne and Mike, It’s been a while since we’ve been in touch and I hope all is well with you. We are continuing to have a fantastic time with Coco. She got her certificate from puppy class this week and her first all-over grooming so it’s been a big week for her. And isn’t she growing? She’s full of fun and love and we can’t imagine how we managed without her in our lives! We’re planning to take her on her second plane trip next month, to California to visit my sister who has a small dog too. So, you can see that she and we are thriving. With warm regards, Diane

Dear Corinne and Mike,
Coco is the most perfect puppy in every way! She is a constant delight — playful, eager, loving and smart. Every day we remark on how we won the lottery with her! She is sleeping in her crate in our room each night and is now logging 9 hours, sometimes with a quick pee break and sometimes straight through. She wakes up eager for her Kefir and our coffee time together, an energetic play, her breakfast, and then collapses under a chair of her morning nap. See below for photos taken this morning which document this schedule!
Coco is amazing with the litter box. She knows what to do and where to do it and has only had a very few accidents...but if she didn’t, hey, we’d worry about her! I took her to see the vet yesterday. It was pouring rain but we walked the short distance with her in a cozy shoulder bag. She did great and it was good to meet the vet who will be caring for her. It turns out the that she is the daughter of old friends of ours. Coco now weighs 4 lbs. and is a healthy little girl. She will have her second set of vaccinations in two weeks. Your love and care shines through in her and we thank you for all you do! Warmly, Diane
