Well Mabel is living her best life, and enjoying everything! She goes almost everywhere with us. She is definitely “my dog”, but she and Mike have become great buddies! The man that didn’t want a dog, rarely leaves the house without her! If he even says the word “bike”, Mabel is glued to him. His bike is all set up with a basket and soft liner. Those two will take off for an hour or more.
As you know, we are boaters. We sold our West Coast boat in 2020 and bought an East Coast boat in 2022. Mabel has traveled cross country with us many times over the last 3+ years. We finished America’s Great Loop in January this year. Mabel has been to 22 States, 3 Countries, 5 Provinces and 187 locks during those years. She has visited the Toronto Blue Jays Stadium and watched the game from our hotel room! She is truly the best traveler, stays in hotels easily, and joins us in restaurants laying on her little blanket right under our chairs. Airports are a breeze for her and she knows the routine.
We just sold our Loop boat in Florida and recently purchased a “new to us” boat in Washington. We are looking forward to cruising once again in the PNW, Canada, and Alaska. Mabel loves the boat life, and especially enjoys watching the dolphins.
We thank you so much for helping to make Mabel a part of our life. She adapts so well to anywhere we go, and is never far from my side. My vet has said that Mabel is now a “senior dog”, but you would never know it by watching her. She is always ready for anything.
I hope the all is well with the two of you and all your “wiggle butts”. The photos are from the last few years, I’ll try not to send too many and overload you.
All my best,

Hi there,
I thought I would do a quick update. Mabel is doing amazing and she is so much fun. The grandchildren adore her and help with her training, feeding and poop patrol when they are with us. Mabel and I have been taking clicker classes and that is great, she just got her CGC title.
I will include a couple of photos. The wildflowers are blooming and she had fun running in them.

Corinne and Mike,
Just a quick update about our girl. Mabel is doing well and I thank you every day for such a sweet puppy. She spent over two weeks on the boat with us and did fabulous. She was a little nervous at first getting used to all the new noises and smells and also learning what to do when we are busy docking. She charmed the men at the locks when we went into Lake Union in Seattle, they even threw her a milk bone as she stood watch on the bow (I broke off a small piece and threw the rest away??). She was so good for us, using her litter box when needed and letting us know she had to go. She completely won Mike over on this trip.
I wanted to let you know that Mabel had her spay yesterday and she is sporting her post-op attire! My daughter thought she needed something spunky for her recovery and this eliminates the “lampshade”, as we call it. I do not have an actual spay certificate but I can send a copy of my bill if you require any proof. She is doing well, but keeping this active pup quiet for 10 days will be a real challenge!
As you can see we keep her trimmed fairly short, this fits in with our lifestyle better than the longer look. It keeps her cleaner when we hike and easier to dry after a rainy walk when we are on the boat. We get stopped everywhere with people commenting on how cute she is and what a wonderful color. I must say we are smitten. A couple of times while we were walking around in Victoria, Mike would wait outside with Mabel while I popped into a shop. Well all the young ladies would stop and ooh and ahh over Mabel, so Mike as decided she is a great “babe magnet”! ??
I have included some photos, the first is on the boat and the other two are her recovery suit.
I hope that all is well with you and that all your pups are doing great.
Warmest wishes,
Susie

Hi Corinne and Mike, Quick update about Milo and Bosco. They both enjoyed kefir and food as soon as they arrived to their new home. Bosco is very playful and Milo is a bit shy. Thank you very much for such adorable puppies. It was worth waiting.

Hi Corinne, Hope all is well with you - just thought I would send you some pictures of Coda and Friends - he is a delight and so smart and loving and responsive. Sending a big thank you. Love and breath, Alisa

Hi Corrine Just wanted to send you a photo of Archie at 4 months. He is the very best puppy anyone could ask for. He is smart as can be. Calm loving - loves all dogs people. All i can say is you did an amazing job. He easily socialized and potty trained. Not a barker or a whiner - is fine being alone for a period if time and has been very easy to train. He literally stops traffic everywhere and puts a smile on their faces. I couldn’t be happier. He is getting his first haircut this Friday. I am giving the groomer your instructions. She asked fir a photo of the look I want. I was looking on your website but couldn’t find a true Zuchon cut puppy. Do you have one you can send me! Again. I am thrilled with Archie! Bonnie

Hi Corinne,
Andrea mentioned that she was going to apply for a puppy and I'm so glad she did! She was the first of our friends to meet Ollie and she is smitten with him. She would be a lovely mum to one of your puppies. Here's a picture of Ollie lying under my feet as I write this message.
Take care, Suzanne

Hi Corinne and Mike, Just wanted to give you a little update on Ollie. He is growing into the best little guy and we love him to bits! He's now 4 months old and has received all of his shots. He's growing quickly, but he's still super small -- he's now just over 5lbs. He loves his food and is very treat oriented which makes training a breeze. We've done a lot of socialization and training, and it's really paid off -- he knows how to sit, lie down, stay, and he walks on his leash very well. He's just the most chilled out little guy imaginable and we get comments all the time on his calmness. He loves every person, child, and dog he meets. He LOVES going to school with our daughter and getting mobbed by school children and he's also super fond of walks to the local coffee shop so he can meet new people. He's really gotten used to the routine around our house and revels in his laid back lifestyle. He's a great sleeper and lounger, and we think he'd rather choose to stay home than go for a walk most days. Here are some photos so you can see how he's grown.
Cheers,
Suzanne

Hi Mike and Corinne, Just a quick update. Ollie is doing so well! He's eating kefir (like crazy) and kibble. And he loves the little treats you sent with him. He's sleeping a lot (loves his crate) and slept through the night last night. We are completely blown away with his litter box training -- we set up a small box with pine pellets just as you instructed and he has been using it regularly on his own since we brought him home. He's starting to come out of his shell and absolutely adores our 8 year old daughter. He's so calm and happy in her arms, which is wonderful. He plays up a storm with her and kisses her all over. He's warmed up to her more than us at this point, and we're perfectly happy with that. He loves his toys, particularly the chewie stuffy. His safe zone is our kitchen and he's been very brave, exploring the area. He spent some time today crying/whimpering, obviously misses his pack, but as soon as our daughter came home from school his whole mood changed! We couldn't be more delighted with his progress so far. We can tell already that he's the perfect little man for our family. I'll continue to update you.
Cheers, Suzanne

Hi Corinne and Mike, Just wanted to share this photo of Ollie (on the right) and his half brother Otis (on the left). Otis is catching up in size to Ollie. They're great pals! We've had a few meetings with some other Tiny Teddies on the North Shore -- Annie, and Bailey (both from Otis' litter). It's very cute seeing 4 Tiny teddies playing together! They are all so similar! All the best to you both and Merry Christmas! Cheers, Suzanne
Hi Corinne! I wanted to thank you for the personalized blanket and Otis’s stuffers and treats. He’s playing with the duck right now . I’ve left it in his bed and just now pulled it out. He LOVES it and pulls it back into his kennel! He met Ollie yesterday and they had a fabulous play. They are going to be best friends for sure!!!!! I’ll send photos and a video from my gmail account just a bit later. Otis is happy happy happy! I ADORE him!!!! Our nights aren’t too bad at all. He wakes up once for peeing and then back to sleep until 7:15. Tomorrow is another play time with Ollie. I’ll keep you posted. My thanks Andrea
Here’s part of their first play date. Ollie learned quickly how to be a big brother and play gently. His first attempt was not appreciated by Otis🤣
Hi, Max is lovely. Settling in and starting to explore a bit more. I wanted your opinion about chewing furniture. He's just started chewing the wooden coffee table. What do you suggest? I was thinking maybe he needs something stronger to chew than his toys. Leather belt? Wood block? He is a lovely puppy, it's been way easier (so far) than I expected. So smart and relaxed. Thanks, Kim

Hi Corinne,
Mollie is home safe now! She had some kefir, water and kibbles and then went to potty in the litter box! She's so sweet! She fell asleep now! Thanks for including the scented blanket and you! I think that really comforted her a lot!
Thank you!
Diane

Hi Corinne and Mike,
The first week with Cali (now Andromeda/Annie) has been a whirlwind! We are completely in love and she is settling in nicely. She is so playful and cuddly, and is doing really well with the litter box. She and Ollie (lab) are also getting along really well and have been playing together. The kids and my parents adore her. She has made it very clear that she prefers to sleep on the bed- her favourite spot is on the pillows between Zsolt and I. All the best, and we will be in touch, Jenni, Zsolt and family.

Venice aka Zubie is so good!!!!
Hello - just wanted to let you know this little guy is doing so well and giving us so much joy! He has made two trips to Utah and had the best time visiting family.
Thanks again for bringing this adorable dog into the world

Hi Corrine and Mike - I wanted to send you an update on the little guy. Although we love the nod to California, we decided to name Venice “Zubie”. He is just a little bundle of cuddles. He is still very calm, content to hang with us wherever we are. He is sleeping all night in his crate and goes into it when he is ready for bed. He is so cute, he has us all wrapped around his little paw! He has a set up at our daughter’s place and proudly marches into his litter box there with no hesitation. We are so proud of him! I am freezing the kefir, as you recommended, and he loves his little pupsicle. I will send you some pics separately. He is just a wonderful guy and I am obsessed with him. Thanking you for bringing him into our life.
Yours truly,
Lisa
Hi Corrine - Venice has arrived in Manhattan Beach. He was such a champ today, no accidents and a perfect angel on the plane. Thank you so much for bringing this little guy into our life. We are so grateful. I will send you updates, but so far so good🐶🐶🐶🐶
