Hi Corinne,
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to update you on how your lovely pup is doing! We decided to name her Chloe, and she is so loved by all of us! Here are some pix of her pre and post hair cut! Everywhere we go people fall in love with her and ask us where we got her.
I have given your website out to a number of people!!!! She has settled in really nicely. She loves playing with the girls and she also loves all other people! When we take her for a walk, she is desperate to get pats from people on the street. She still uses her litter box occasionally, but she is really good about doing her business when she is on a walk. We loved the fact that she came litter box trained. I don't know how you did it, but it was so
helpful in the transition of going from not having a dog to having one. We have been teaching her a few commands and she is pretty good at: sit, stay, come, leave it, off and "in your bed". Izzy and I are taking her to puppy classes that the local pet store, Tisol, puts on. They start in two weeks time. We are still feeding her the Blue puppy food, and she really likes it. She is growing fast, so she is thriving. Thank you for raising such a wonderful puppy. Everywhere we go people comment on how calm and good she is. The groomer told us she has never seen a puppy as good as her in all her years of grooming. People just love her and we feel so fortunate to have found you and your lovely pups!
Hope you are well, and we'll update you periodically.
Take care,
Lorraine

Hi Corinne,
I just wanted to thank you for the Molly dvd that Mike made. It arrived in yesterday's mail & I rushed inside to watch it as soon as I got home form work. Mike, as always, did a most excellent job on it. It's really hard to believe how much Molly has changed in the course of one year. Jim took Buddy for his first road trip today (to my workplace, so everyone could see how cute he is!). Buddy was not impressed! He was absolutely petrified when Jim brought him inside the store. I guess he'll need a little more practice at these things:) He and Molly play continually, with nap breaks every now and again. It's such a joy to watch them. If you're interested, I will try to keep you updated every now and again with photos of the two dogs. Anyhow, thank you both soooo much for the dvd.
For now, Sylvia
Hi Corinne,
I thought you might like an update on how Charming Boy(aka buddy) is doing. As yet, he is un-named. Jim is a traditionalist and wants to name him "Buddy". I however, prefer human names for dogs and am kind of stuck on "Cooper". I am afraid Jim may win, as I picked Molly's name, so now it really is his turn! On arriving home, all he wanted to do was sleep for the first little while. Molly waited and watched, sniffed and studied him for a while, as she has never seen a puppy before, then, once he woke up, the chase was on! They play sooooo well together. He'a a scrappy little guy and if anything, he's the aggressor in these games. She willingly shares her food, her treats, and her toys. We couldn't have asked for a more good-natured dog than Molly. I think the two of them will be a great team. They are already fast friends!
Well, I must begin my day now. Take care!
Regards, Sylvia
Hello, Just wanted to take a moment and update you on Tobey. He's doing great and is a really sweet little dog. Did a great job at puppy classes and has a really nice disposition. I've had lots of compliments on him and love him dearly. Sorry I haven't sent you any pictures or contact you sooner. Busy summer! Thanks so much for the great addition to our family!

Hi Corrine, We are totally in love with our little Mugsy. He has been a joy since we picked him up.
He is easygoing and adapts well going from quiet at our house to chaos when we visit the grandkids. They want to know when Mugsy can sleep over I have to brag that he didn't have an accident in the house for at least a week. We were congratulating ourselves on our superior puppy training when we failed to get him out after a nap and we discovered that we were the ones that were trained! Actually, he now pulls on a bell when he wants to go out. .... so cute!
I take him for walks several times a day and he trots along beside me with his little tail in the air. He's very social so needs to stay on the leash or he would be off to meet the world. Here are a few pictures.
Thank you for matching us with Mugs, Norma & Doug
Hi Corinne,
AHH a moment of quite only kidding. They slept from the time we got home until 11:00 at night then they got their second wind and played all night long. They slept almost all the next day then woke up to play and eat, they slept almost threw the night except Peter had his alarm set for 2:00 AM. Capt. Jack and Bandit are soooooooooooooooooooo cute We can't stop playing with them and picking them up (you would think that we had never had babies before). Today they learned to climb stairs and got their first look at their back yard (they sure do like to be outside). Having a few accidents as far as the potty things goes, I'm sure that everything is extremely strange for them now, Bandit gets the star for this. It won't be long before they know how to go outside, they already know what to do outside. Capt. Jack and Bandit already have pretty cool personalities and are as different as night and day. I haven't taken any pics yet but hope to in the next couple of days. Thanks so much for the goody bags, everything is great and much appreciated. They just love their blankets although they are chewing them, we have been putting them up so they can't just chew. Well Corinne, I guess you probably have got the idea that we are extremely happy with the little munchkins and they are very loved, they already have a toy box full of toys.
Sharon
Just a few pics. The 1st night he was nervous but what a difference a day makes! He is playing and having a gas with the boys as you can see from the attached file. He is going outside for his business, had a couple small accidents , we have a pad out but he seems to enjoy the grass for his duties !You go right ahead with the pictures…he is a hoot! He goes right to the back door to go out for a pee now. Thanks again….i will keep you up to date!
Hi Corinne:
A quick up-date on Sadie. She had her last shot the other day and a clean bill of health. I tied a bell to the door handle, and every time she has to do her business, she rings it. It only took her about 2 days to figure it out. When I took her out at the beginning I would take her paw and hit the bell. What a smart puppy she is. Also I was stopped by a lady at the ferry terminal on Tues., we were headed for Victoria, and we had Sadie with us, she went crazy over Sadie and wanted your e-mail address as she was interested in getting one of your pups. I gave it to her so she may be contacting you. Hope that is O.K. with you.
Carol
Hi Corinne:
Sorry I have taken so long in getting an update for you on Sadie. She is doing just great. What a character she is, and such a joy. We spend more time laughing at her antics. We took her to the Vet for her shot on Friday and she is in good health,. I am waiting to hear from the groomer as I want to get her face trimmed and an orientation with the groomer. The Vet suggested to do this. The groomer I have chosen specializes in small dogs and has come highly recommended. She is not sleeping with us anymore. She is now sleeping in here crate by our bed and is doing great. She is awesome on the leash and loves the outdoors. She has the odd pee accident in the house but only twice in the past week. She pretty well goes outside. She loves tramping through the woods. I'm sending you a couple of pictures of her in the snow. She was having a ball. Also one with our Son and Daughter-in-law's dog who is named IZZY, just like Sadie's Mom. I haven't had a chance to look up your store e-mail, but will do that in the near future. Thank again for Sadie, we just love her.
Carol
Hi Corinne: Thought is was time to send you an updated photo of Tango. We are in love with him. He has been such a great addition to our family. Lexi is still his den mother and Brenden is the up and coming trainer. Tango seems to have mastered (I say this with my fingers crossed) house training. This I think is appreciated the most by me. Take good care. Sherry & Crew
That is so wonderful that Izzy and Tinka were featured in the article!! You both must be so proud! We are blessed to have one of Izzy's beautiful little babies! There isn't a day that goes by that we aren't amazed at how well adjusted Molly is. We will be forever grateful that we have Molly in our lives! I love to share my chair with Molly. Molly loves to lay in the soft spot of the foot rest ... is is like a little hammock for her. Molly also likes to lay down on the centre part .... the padded console top between Don and I. I fell asleep the other night watching the television with Molly between us ... I had reclined right back. I woke up to Don giggling and taking photos .... Molly was sleeping on my head. *tee hee* The photos didn't turn out well because the lighting wasn't very good. Molly continues to amaze us .... and make us laugh uncontrollably. Molly is such a sweet wee girl who has our hearts completely. Molly is leaning to throw her toys up .... the first time she did it I laughed myself silly! When Molly threw her toy up it landed on her and she let out a wee bark at it. She loves it when we play get the toy ... Molly will bring her toy to me and want me to toss it for her ... she runs and gets it and brings it back to me for more toss play. Molly really is a very intelligent girl .... I'm not just saying that because I'm her Mommy. Molly has such a wonderful personality .... you just can't help but love her to pieces! You, Mike, Izzy and Jumba really do make beautiful babies!!!
Take good care,
Dawn Marie
Dear Corinne & Mike,
It is hard to believe that two weeks has already gone by! I thought it was high time I sent you off an email .... with a photo of Molly attached of course. I have to say .... Jumba and Izzy make absolutely wonderful babies! You and Mike are amazing too .... I know Molly wouldn't be so well adjusted if it weren't for both of you being there every step of the way! When people ask where we got Molly we tell them about your web site .... and how amazing and caring you both are. The wellbeing of your little furry family members comes first and foremost!
How do you spell happiness ...... Molly
We have had a wonderful two weeks bonding. Molly is such an amazing little girl .... so well adjusted! We have play time together .... run around the yard time ... then there is nap time for Molly. When it is nap time I lay with Molly on my tummy ... or snuggled into my neck. It's a wonderful bonding experience! Molly knows when it is bedtime ... we carry her bed into the bedroom ... then we have a wee snuggle up on the big bed ... then place her in her bed and off to sleep she goes. Take good care .... Molly sends you all a big hug and kiss xoxo
Dawn Marie & Don
Molly has slept well every night ... even the first night she came home!
Our vet commented on how calm Molly is ... she said that you don't often see that in small breed dogs. Molly is such a joy .... she brings even more light and laughter to our home. We are both completely in love with her ... she is such a precious wee girl. Molly is a very intelligent little girl .... she has already learned to come ... has learned to sit .... well as good as a wee girl can. Molly is so very comical when running around the back yard .... a favorite game of hers. We both get laughing at her antics while she is running around .... she is soooo cute ... now we are sure Molly is laughing too .... she makes this cute little noise too when we are laughing while she is running around. Molly has really taken to us .... when Don gets home from work Molly is so happy to see him .... she becomes a little wiggle bum .... yesterday she even let out this cute wee bark she was so happy to see Don.
Thank you so much for the precious gift of Molly! Our lives are forever changed for the better having Molly as our wee girl.
Have a wonderful day .... I know I will
Dawn

Hi it’s me “MR. KASEY”…..himself!!!
I am very happy in my new home. My mom and dad love me soooooooo much!!!! We have been traveling a lot …on the ferry, then on the winding roads, then in different motels and I am a very, very good boy!!!! My mom brings my litter box and it works every where I go. Oh, I also go outside on my lead. I am not allowed out, just a little, as I get my final shots on July 18th and then I can venture out a bit more. I am gaining weight…by now I think I weigh 8 lbs. How big do you think I will be? Mom likes the 10 – 11 lbs area? Dad would like me to be the MACHO MAN. I play all the time, I can sit, come, stay, go down and I’m great on the lead. It took a while but I finally like to go with mom on the lead (only in special areas). A funny story about my mom and me. It was my bed time and mom took me into the bedroom and told me to go to bed in my little crate (which I love)….BUT….. I wouldn’t go into my crate, I looked at mom, then I barked, and looked at mom again, and again, and again and then looked into my crate (but I wouldn’t go inside). I did this around 5 times in a row and my mom FINALLY GOT MY MESSAGE!!! She went to the dryer and pulled out my fuzzy yellow duck that I sleep with (can you believe she had washed my duck) She put the duck in my crate and I went in and went to sleep. Sometimes it takes mom a while to understand me….and me to understand her….BUT….we are having so much fun. My mom sees that the little girl is still available and I would love to have her come and live with us….but I will have to wait until maybe next year for a brother or sister. Hi to you and I just want you to know that mom and dad are so happy I am with them. It is like I have been here forever!!!
Love, Kasey
Hi it’s me again. Kasey. I know you have so many other families that you talk to too…but I just had to share a few things.
I saw the Vet a few days ago and she loved me too and wanted to know who the breeder was, so mom just happened to have your card. She thinks I’m perfect very smart and in perfect health. I went through the whole exam without a whimper (even when she stuck that thing up my butt) WHATEVER FOR????
My mom is worried that I’m eating too much. The Vet said two tablespoons 3 times a day…(Mom gives me a little bit more)…because I am really hungry. I poop and piddle just like a good boy…but I do like my food and of course the occasional treats. I will sit when my mom tells me too. Today, I wanted more food after my feeding and mom didn’t give me more. Soooooooooo….I jumped and scratched on the plastic food box that holds my food. That didn’t work either!!! Sooooooooo….I picked up my small plastic food dish and brought it to her. That did it for sure! She gave me a little bit more and I am happy! I weighed 4 ½ pounds at the Vet and mom weighed me at home and says I weigh a whopping 5 lbs (I think a little bit more now).
Anyway, when you have time and I know you are busy…could you let me know about the food please. My mom still checks your website to see how everyone is doing. I am very, very HAPPY here! Thank you for approving of my mom and dad.
Love, Kasey XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Happy Canada Day weekend!
We are completely smitten by the puppy! Snickers was renamed to Milo and has been an amazing addition to our family. He is very attached to all of us (Gus too!) and we to him. Milo is very smart, fun and cuddly!
Thank you for allowing us the honour of having him join our family.
Janis and Jim
Thank you,
Reece has been a wonderful addition to our family. We have renamed him Mordecai or Mordy for short. He is a delightful temperament - loving and cuddly and quick to learn. He easily adapts to all the personalities in our family from the gregarious grandfather to my shy son with autism.
Thank you for all your help.
Tricia
Hi Corinne,
I just thought since our puppy is about five months now, you might like to see how much she's grown up! Bella, as she is now called, has been an amazing dog for our family and is well loved. She's about 8 pounds now, maybe a little more and going to puppy school. The photo was taken at our trailer at Shawnigan Lake where she now has lots of other dogs to play with! Thanks again for letting us adopt her.
Lisa.
Hi, Corinne We are doing well. Chip is the sweetest puppy! He has to be everywhere I am, which is adorable. He even made it through the night last night in his bed without whining! We have had a very busy weekend with Chip ("Chipperdoodle" as my daughter calls him now) and my oldest daughter's sleepover party of 14 little girls--for which Chip went with my son and husband to his mother's where Chip got to run and play with two other small dogs. Chip is very happy, settled in quickly, and is having a blast with our kids and us. We're teaching him to "sit" and he is picking up that command quickly. He already comes "up" for treats and walks on his hind legs. His best trick is being the best little cuddler in the world! What a sweetie!
Chip did well on the way home. He didn't whimper or bark the whole trip. Chip is a great new addition to our family.
Thanks,
Shannon (Idaho)
Hi Corinne,
What an absolute dream this little pup is. He has fit perfectly in our family. Loves both my kids and them him. The night we brought him home while he was checking the place out he started growling and barking at the other dog, which was just his reflection in our fridge. He has also protected the fort from his shadows, blinds, and chair legs. Chases my son around the island every night (try to tire them out). What a riot he is. He slept thru the night last night, didn't wake up until my alarm went off. And yes, after the first night we have his kennel in our room at night. All potty but 1/2 of one has been in his litter box. The first few times after he pooped he just stood in the box and cried. Now he hops out and comes running for his treat, as happy as can be. I have him at work with me today. People cant believe what a good, calm puppy he is. He didn't even bark at the mailman. Thanks so much for the wonderful job you do in raising these gorgeous little pups. Blaze says to say thanks for finding him such a loving, warm, fun family, and that he is very happy.
Sincerely,
Heather and Blaze
Molly update from Heather
Hi Corinne, Just an long overdue update on our beautiful baby. She had a summer full of fun and adventure on our boat. She went swimming with our grandkids in the Sydney spit and just loved it, racing down the beach after and rolling in the sand with a big happy smile. She was so good on the boat a great little sailor. Thank you so much for the litter box training, what a good idea for boating. We had her spaded this fall and she came thru it beautifully better than I did. I was a reck all day long worrying about her We've just come back from a trip to Bellingham and of course we took our babies. As usual they were the center of attention. People love our corgi but our little princess steals the show especially with her hair bows and her bling. Molly really is a mommy's girl and have a very loving sensitive nature. My Dad passed away at the end of Aug. and Molly either stayed at my side or was cuddling in my arms thru all the sadness. She certainly is the sunshine in our house. She's just perfect and I wouldn't trade her for anything.
Heather
Molly update from Heather...
Hi my first mommy, It's me Molly. My mommy is writing this for me cause it's
hard to work the computer keys sitting on her knee. I've been a really good
girl. I've got a big house to run and play in and mommy and daddy took me to a
big store and let me get a bunch of toys for me and my big brother. On nice warm
days we all go out in the yard. Wow there sure are lots of good things to
find. mommy bought me a pretty pink hoodie with sparkles on it. I wear it when I
go outside or for car ride. Today I'm going to see the vet for a little checkup.
>I've been up to the hospital to see the old grandpa[that's my Dad, he's in
with a broken hip] He's got a furry face just like me! Bye now, many kisses
Molly
Hi Corinne,
Just thought I would give you an update. Wicket is doing really well I think. He is actually at work right now with me :) I work mostly in an office at a desk and he is so mellow, he'll just sit in his little bed or walk around the room, so it's been easy to have him here and great that he's not at home alone all day. His first night was really quiet, but last night we heard quite a bit more from him! He does have quite a set of vocal cords when he wants to use them, but he got quiet after half an hour or so, so it wasn't that bad. And you did a GREAT job training him on the pet pad/litter box. He has only forgotten to go there once, and that may have been on the first day, which was already confusing not knowing where everything was, so he has done great. We love him so much though and has been an easy addition to our family. Thanks again for letting us get him! I was wondering though where you bought the puppy litter? Is it usually available in most pet stores and is there a brand that you would recommend over another?
thanks again,
Laura (& Wicket)
Teddy is just a super puppy! I've been meaning to write and tell you. He is sleeping through the night from about 11:30 to 7:30. We only had to go out during the night for the first couple of nights. He is very good natured and loves to be with me/us. He even comes when he's called! Don't know how long that will last though - LOL He gets along well with our two cats and both Bubba and Mitzi. He and Mitzi love playing together! BTW, he loved the snow. Good thing because we got some more today!
Take care, Patricia
Hey corrine! ever since we brought Jasper home a lot of people have fallen in love with him! One of my cousins good family friend has taken a deep interest and I was wondering for his behalf if there are any puppies left from the same litter as Jasper? Thanks for the link, i'll be sure to forward it to my cousin ASAP. Jasper is settling fine. He's really playful and sweet and picks up on commands quite well, so looks like he will be really easy to train. He has a lot of energy whenever we play which is awesome. He's adorable, and luckily wasn't scared or nervous when he got here at all and was quite comfortable. :)
Up Date....Her family came over from Vancouver 1 week later after falling in love with Jasper and chose 2 additional puppies.
Hi Corinne,
Just wanted to write you a quick note to let you know how Baden is doing. He has only had one potty accident in the house since Sunday (that's one less than his big brother). He even manages to get through the night and for a couple of hours during the day in his crate. He is definitely a big suck and is learning that it is OK to lay beside me or on a bed at my feet for parts of the day. (It's very hard to type report cards with a puppy draped over your arms!) My husband is absolutely enamoured with him and thinks he is the best thing ever. And the grandparents insist he come up to play for a little while each day. He has several new furry friends: Zippers (our Shitzu-X), Jake (my sister's 4 month old Bernese Mountain Dog), and Raja & Bindy (the grandparents one year old Bengal cats). Right now he is curled up on a bed at my feet sleeping (which is good because the girls will be home soon and will want to play).
Thanks for everything!
Teresa
Hi Corinne,
Just thought I'd drop you a line and let you know that we got Bella home safely. We arrived in Kelowna at 11 pm last night and she was good as gold the whole way home. I held her on my lap in a doggy bed with a couple of toys and her smelly doggie blanket. She dozed on and off the entire trip, waking occasionally if we stopped or to play for a minute, then back to sleep again. She is such a gift - cute as a button and a bundle of love. I'm hoping that we can get her potty trained soon. Thanks again Corrine and it was a pleasure meeting you. I know it must have been difficult for you to say goodbye to all the puppies and please know that we will take really good care of Bella. She is in a good home with people who love her very much and will take good care of her. She cried a lot last night, but I'm thinking just because she is home sick. Right now she is peacefully asleep; and fingers crossed she will stay that way for the night....
Best Regards, Annie
Hi. It’s been a whole year since we got this cutie from you. We named her daisy and she has stolen our hearts. thanks again.
Courtney
Hi Guys,The babies second day at his new home. He and Sadie are quite happy with each other. Toby eats, plays and sleeps when he's not following our every move.He doesn't like going into virgin territory. When we take him to a new section of the house or yard he cries.....and then he takes over. We're enjoying him very much. Good job guys. Sharon
Hi Guys, Just a note on perfect Toby. He becomes more confident and agile every day. Sadie protects him and they play when it's cool!! We're really enjoying him and are quite impressed with his toilet training. He just seems to understand that it's supposed to be done outside. He's not a big eater....except when I give Sadie a dog cookie treat. He grabs it when he can and takes off to enjoy it a bit at a time.We always know where he is as he's always with us. Don't think he's going to be a big wanderer as he ages.He and Sadie sleep with us and he sleeps the night thru. He makes a lovely hat in bed!
Thank you for him.
