Meet Our Teddy Bear Parents! (Part 2)

Jumba, our little charmer! You can almost see him smile with the pride of being adored everywhere he goes. He is a playful, happy cheery, outgoing, and super friendly guy. Jum is pure sweetness, love and devotion. He loves to hang out close by and enjoys sitting on our laps for some loving rubs or combing while chilling out. If he's looking for extra affection, he will sit upright like a person and snuggle in the nook of our necks. It's also his go-to party trick that he is quite proud to show off. When it's playtime, though, look out! He likes to turn it up! He is as athletic as they come. He loves walking, hiking, boating, quadding, swimming, gardening, running and bounding with flair and speed. He is always up for all fun and games in an instant. He is our almost human sidekick, always curious about what we are doing and always ready to help. He makes everything the day holds fun and interesting. We haven't returned a toy from the dryer to the toy box in years! See Jumbas hilarious laundry video below. Jumba demonstrates such high intelligence he always impresses us with his ability to understand and follow through with even the most complicated commands, knows hundreds of words, knows his toys by name and retrieves each by request. He is always patient, tolerant and giving to others. Even when his favourite toy gets nabbed before his very eyes, he will look at us as if to say "you see that" and then simply move forward in finding another toy with his tail held high, wagging like crazy at his great fortune in finding an even better toy for our game of toss. He is a marvel of unconditional love and devotion. 

Kena has a cheerful, easygoing personality, with a gentle & sweet demeanour that is affectionate and engaging to all. She is an excellent example of our Zuchon sweetness and their ability to sense those in need of her care and attention. Kena enjoys performing and dancing, and her shows are always spectacular. She smiles upon request and is quite a talented singer, creating beautiful notes when prompted. Playtime is always right around the corner here, you never know when something hilarious will occur, and she is always ready to join in. Kena is brilliant, easy to communicate with and enjoys learning and following commands, with the proud cheery attitude our Zuchons are adored for.  

She is truly a prime example of Tiny Teddy Bear Zuchon.

Orcas is a delightful, highly skilled little charmer. She will follow us anywhere with a genuine interest in our activities and tagging along. She is highly observant of her surroundings, taking every opportunity to walk on the edge of rocks, bridges, dock anywhere she can get a better view.  She always shows off her friendly social manners on our walks, greeting all and receiving plenty of attention in return. Summertime walks are her favourite. She loves fresh blackberries and will sit at blackberry bushes, waiting for a snack. She has unbeatable speed with mind-blowing swimming and deep-dive retrieval skills. The Orcas Islands inspired her name, and her resemblance in colouring to the Orca whale turned out to be more fitting than we realized at the time.  She loves to fetch as much as she loves the water. Being so skilled and focused, she is usually the first to catch and return the ball. She will also be front and center for the ball launcher sessions, intently watching for the ball to come down the launch line. She loves her toys and digging through one of our many toy boxes to find a favourite stuffed animal, ball, or tug-o-war toy with lots of cuddles and hanging out in between. Orcas are pure sweetness and dedication, with the gentle, calm, patient personality towards other animals and people that our Shichons are known for.  She spends her retirement, loved to bits, enjoying her favourite activities, in her home with her pals, endlessly entertaining us without ever having the stress and worry of being rehomed. We truly love our dogs. As a permanent part of our family, they have our complete dedication at all times.
