Hi Corrine and Mike Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and all the best to you. We recently spent some time on the Sunshine Coast and little Oskar had a great time. Here are some recent photos of our handsome boy. Karen and Tristan and Lil' O
Hi Corinne & Mike It's my birthday tomorrow! My humans baked me some delicious beef and cheddar dog biscuits. I am a happy one year old! Love Oskar
Hi Corrine & Mike
Here are some recent pictures of Oskar, including his birthday picture taken on March 19. Can't believe our little boy is 2 years old already! He is doing great, full of fun and energy, super smart, and he is the best cuddler ever. When I am watching TV in the evenings he will often fall asleep in my arms, such a sweetheart!
Hope you are well and enjoying all your puppies.
Karen & Tristan
Hi Corinne and Mike
Oskar is doing great. He had his one year booster shot a couple of weeks ago. His first trip to the vet in a year! He is a very healthy boy and and he now weighs 12.6 pounds. He continues to be a great source of entertainment and companionship for us and we get to spoil him. He is the most laid back dog I have ever met. He does not get stressed or anxious about anything and he rarely barks. When the doorbell rings his ears go up and he looks at you as if to say you better get that but he does not bark. He loves to be outdoors and we get him out and about as often as possible. He still picks the dark bits out of his food unless that is all that is left then he will eat them. I found some natural salmon treats that he really likes. His favorite snack is still plain yogurt, with or without mashed banana in it. We are growing a few strawberries and he always gets to sample them when we go out to water. He also loves fresh blueberries and dried cranberries. Sending a couple of photos so you can see how handsome he is. His hair is very short right now as it had grown out so much he looked like a bear and he was getting matted and too hot. He doesn't like the short clip, he barks at himself in the full length mirror. Hope you are enjoying your summer and playing with all your new additions.

Oskar is such a funny guy he keeps us entertained all the time. His favorite game is playing hide and seek and he is a very good "finder". He loves to watch TV programs or videos with animals but sometimes gets so over stimulated we have to turn it off! He loves to watch videos on my iphone. He also likes to look at pictures of Tinka and Jumba and all of your new puppies on your website! A new treat he really likes is a piece of antler. The pet store recommended it as they do not splinter. It is also a good shape and size for him to carry around. He lays on his back and holds it in his paws like a baby with a bottle. lol! I am forwarding a couple of recent pictures so you can see how handsome Oskar is. Looking forward to spring just around the corner. Hope you are doing well. Regards Karen and Tristan
Hi Corrine & Mike Here is a couple of pictures of our sweet boy. We love the one of him in his bed with his two favourite buddies. It's the 3 bears, Grizzly Bear, Honey Bear and, of course, Oskar the Teddy Bear! We have so much fun with him. He is so precious. Karen and Tristan
Hi Corinne These photo's were taken after Oskar's bath today. He loved his bath and brushing - no hair dryer required, he dried laying in the sun on the lounge chair. It's a dogs life! Yes, gotta get the face trimmed - lol Regards Karen
Just a quick note to let you know Oskar is doing great. We are calling him the "tiny terror" because he is very much like a little kid right now, into everything, lots of energy and you never know what he will be up to next. He loves to steal our socks, shoes, tear up newspapers, dump the bathroom garbage and if you ever leave the bathroom door open while you are showering you will step out to find no towels and no bathmat because he has taken everything! It's like he knows he is so cute that he can get away with anything. Having said that, he really is a good boy and generally seems to match our energy level. He is content to watch TV and cuddle, go for lot's of walks, play hide and seek and "chase me", whatever we want to do he is game. He loves to lay on my knee and have his ears and tummy rubbed and often times he gets a full body massage which almost puts him to sleep. He is very lovable. The ONLY time he ever barks is when he wants our attention and when he does bark it is very loud, especially when it is right in your ear or face. He still loves everyone he meets, he stands up on his hind legs and cries for people to pet him. One would think he was starved for attention but that is totally not the case, he just truly seems to love everyone. He is a celebrity in our neighborhood, whenever we are out windows and doors open for people to call hello to Oskar. We even had a group of little girls at our door asking if Oskar could come out to play! He is the best little dancer I have seen, he dances on his hind legs backwards all across the living room. Chloe was good at that too, it must be a Bichon trait. He is fine being left alone now, safe in his crate with many toys and a variety of stuffed bones. I have a baby kong that looks like a soother with the ring on top, I fill it with canned dog food (Blue, of course) and freeze it for when we are out. He loves it and it keeps him busy for a long time. He was neutered last Friday and all went well, it only slowed him down for a second and his incision has healed super fast. He was 8.14 pounds the day of the surgery, still small and we love it.

Just thought I'd touch base with you. Winston has settled into our family and is doing very well. He graduated from puppy Kindergarten last Wednesday:) He is a very friendly, happy little guy and loves his toys and food !!! Did you notice that at an early age ? We were wondering as his birth name you had as Yum Yum :) He also finally mastered our stairs two weeks ago ! He was so proud :) He is doing well with his orijens food and his raw which he gets mid day. I dehydrate other food for his treats but his favorite is sweet potato.
We hope all is going well with you and the wiggle butts.
Cindy, Winston and the rest of the Family :)
Rolo first haircut. Who’s a pretty boy. Rita
Hi folks Have had this little clown for 2 weeks & he has kept us very busy. Life is just one big game after another. He has settled in remarkably well and we are getting used to his 5:45 am alarm! He’s a constant source of amusement and very affectionate also very good with his daily combing/brushing sessions as long as he has his Kong to gnaw on. Looking forward to getting him out and about & up to the lake once he is fully immunized. Love Rolo to bits. Rita & Roger
Hi Corinne and Mike Just wanted to share with you Lucy’s latest photos, taken last week. See attached pics and by the way, that’s my eldest daughter Clarissa. Lucy is getting more and more adorable each day. She has been very good using her litter box about 80% of the time and in the next couple of weeks, during the Xmas break, we would like to finally take her out for a walk down the block. Thank you and hope you’re well. Kind regards, Carolyn
Greetings from both of us. We are very well and hope you are too. Minnow is living up to all the expectations, has had all his shots, been to puppy school and is due to be neutered in early September. I spend most of my day with him in one way or another and always try to keep him comfortable in every way. I just reread your puppy book and see potatoes are a no-no. Guess that is it for the odd French fry bit or chips. He has never had loose stools however once when worried he chewed up an unfortunate choice of mine the pumpkin seemed to make him A-ok. Not sure about that incident. He is very good at family gatherings and dinner parties although he goes in his soft sided carrier which he likes, when the main meal comes out. I am hopeful he can be "cross- trained" forever going to the bathroom inside and outside. He seems happy with both but I worry about him peeing or pooing in someone's house if I am not super careful. Lately he has been such a little gentleman. Your early nurturing has huge benefit at this end. Hope this finds you spending lots of time at your place up on the northern Island. Wags and hugs Janice and Minnow
Just dropping you a quick line to let you guys know we love our new mommy and daddy. We did our first big road trip from Fort St John to Whitehorse thanksgiving week. Our mommy purchases us are own heated car seats and we love them. Beside going to the vet to have a surgical procedure all is good. Our daddy isn't to cool with the plans that mommy has made for remembrance day long weekend we are going on a plane to Vancouver for 5 days, mommy has booked us at a day care during the days hoping this will make us tired so that we don't trash the hotel room, since mommy stays at this hotel all the time. Daddy keeps saying we should stay home with our babysitter, but mommy keeps saying to daddy this our new family and we all going. Well must run as it's seems to be bath day today. Not really liking that but mommy keeps saying if you wish to continue sleeping on her pillow at night we need to be clean. Chat to you later

They have bought so much joy to our lives
Hello Corinne & Mike
Can’t believe these little guys are going to 5 yr old Feb 6 2018. They have bought so much joy to our lives.
Nicole and Dave.
Hi Corinne & Mike,
I just wanted to let you know that Milo (that is what we named our little guy) has settled in nicely.
He is adorable, hilarious and definitely keeps us on our toes.
Milo and our cat Autumn have sorted things out and when Milo is being a pesky we often find Autumn grooming him! lol she licks his ears, paws and eyes. Milo loves to go outdoors to play in the snow. He is such a lovable little guy who likes adventures.
Thank you so much for raising such a wonderful breed of dogs.
Hi, We adopted our dog Roxy 5 years ago. We love her and she has been the best addition to our family. We have been meaning to try and arrange for her to come and visit with her parents.... Here are some pics I have of roxy over the last couple years. All the best photos are on my kids phones. Roxy is a very gently, loving, playful dog who also loves to snuggle and try and sneak food/candy - as you will see in the photos. Of course we don't let her eat candy. The first photo is with roxy, my son, and his grandma on their birthday which is the same day. For sure let us know if you are ever in Duncan and have some time.
It has been a month, so I can safely say that we have had a little angel from a different planet.
CoCo is doing very well, but four humans and one existing dog could not be happier.
Yes, you were right! Everything she does is cute and discipline words are very hard to be said.
Thanks you and I will talk to you soon!
